CLIENT: Hotwire Rental Cars

H0twire has a unique product, offering opaque travel deals. In response to the evolving car rental industry, the product team sought new ways to shape the product. The challenge was to find new ways to offer customers appealing deals and vendors advantageous placements, while remaining financially viable.

Naturally, the content of the project is confidential but allow me to illustrate how I prospected for opportunities came up with recommendations.
